Redken has issued a recall for its "Redken Guts 10 Volume Spray Mousse Foam." It seems that the cans can burst and approximately one million cans are affected.Company officials said the can's liner can deteriorate over time which poses a risk of the cans rupturing.
Redken has received 41 reports of cans rupturing. Nobody has been injured.
The cans of mousse were sold at hair salons and beauty supply stores nationwide from January 1998 through February 2011.
